We have a strict no exchange or return policy on the fabric face masks due to health and safety reasons.
All sales on food products are final.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Please make sure your item is returned new, unused and with all DxSportswear product garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

When and if you’d like to make a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at email@example.com.
When emailing us, please remember to specify your order number and name and whether you’d like to exchange the product or if you’d prefer a refund back to the original form of payment.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I know my size for the face mask?
Many adult women tend to be between M/L and adult men between L/XL. Please refer to the sizing guidelines attached. Head size and facial dimensions are more important in determining size than body size.

What size do you recommend for kids?
Size small will be suitable for children up to about age 5-6 while M will comfortably fit 7+, teens, those with slim facial features, and smaller adults.
How do I take care of my face mask?
Hand wash the mask in room temperature water using mild soap. Avoid using powerful cleaning agents or harsh chemicals, such as bleach. Wash your mask once a day or once after each use.
What soap do you recommend to wash the face mask?
Use any un-dyed mild soap or detergent you already have at home. We recommend using your facial cleanser or baby shampoo!
Can I use my masks after 30 washes?
Yes, feel free to use your mask for as long as you wish. The only limitation is that the proven 99.9% anti-bacterial claim is only tested for 30 hand washes. After this time, the masks revert to a standard fabric mask (just like many others on the market or those provided by the government).
How did you test the masks for their anti-bacterial effectiveness?

Do you use sustainable packaging?
Aveita strives to minimise packaging of all kinds whenever possible and recycle all eligible items used throughout the production and logistics process. To prioritise hygiene the masks are packaged in a sanitised room.
We have done extensive research on various products labeled as "bio-degradable", however, we are disappointed to find that "biodegradable plastics" is a complex environment to navigate and most products do not actually breakdown in nature (only proven in lab environments at high temperatures) or break down to micro-plastics (just because it "melts" into hot water does not mean it no longer exists). Please refer to this article and podcast to learn more and raise awareness! We are continually searching for greener alternatives in all our practices.

Why is my mask missing the inside logo?
Earlier production of Aveita masks did not have the logo anywhere on the mask, but rest assured it is the same product! They are now printed on the inside, typically worn in the lower left hand corner. We are continually enhancing our products based on latest fabric and bonding technologies as well as customer feedback.
